How long between booking and visit?
Usually within a few working days, depending on cemetery and availability.
When do I get the confirmation photo?
Within two hours of the end of the visit, by WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Online and upfront, taken at booking, securely by card via Stripe. The Italian fattura elettronica is issued automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the visit, with a full refund. Full refund also if we cannot perform the service. Partial refund or credit if we cannot locate the grave.
Which cemeteries do you serve?
Maggiore (Musocco), Monumentale, Lambrate, Greco, Bruzzano, Baggio, Chiaravalle.
